Tournament Format

1. The tournament will run in a Double-elimination
2. Platform: PC
3. Team Size: 2v2
4. Rounds: First to 2 rounds
5. Round Timer: 120
6. Qualifiers:
   • First to 2 rounds.
   • Bo3 (2/3) games per set.
7. Finals:
   • First to 2 rounds.
   • Bo5 (3/5) games per set.
8. Matches must be started as soon as all players join the match

Tournament Rules:

1. Players must bring their own peripherals (headset. Controller, mouse, keyboard, etc.)
2. If any time during the match, a glitch or error occurs, please report to a staff member and we will review the VODs and decide if it is sufficient for a redo of the match.

Match Settings:

1. Stage Select & Character Change:
   • First Game Random
   • The winner must keep the same character.
   • The loser of the previous game may switch stage by choosing Random only (with the same character) or switch character (with random stage)

Coaching:

1. Players may designate one (1) individual to be their coach during a Match Set. Players may consult with the coach for a maximum of one (1) minute in between Matches in a Match Set. Coaching, while a Match is in play, is not allowed and is subject to Match forfeiture.

Game Pauses:

Each team has the right to pause the game for a maximum of 3 minutes respectively for valid reasons and to handle major difficulties that cannot be resolved during the game.

Players may only pause the game if:

1. There is a major issue to solve.
2. There are no fights underway.
3. After the game is paused, the opposing player must be notified of the reasons for the pause.
4. Any disputes should be handled between the players during the pause.

It is up to the Organizers to examine the evidence provided, and then to either validate the game result, restart the game, or disqualify a player(for improper pause usage). The player, whenever possible, is responsible to gather evidence of the issue as proof for the Organizers.

Disqualification:

1. Cheating: Any team caught cheating or exploiting game mechanics will be disqualified.
2. AFK: Players who leave the game intentionally or repeatedly will be disqualified.
3. Disconnects: Continuous disconnects by a player without valid reasons will be disqualified.
4. Unsportsmanlike Conduct: Teams that engage in harassment, toxic behavior or disrupt fair play will be penalized or disqualified.
5. Failure to Show Up: Not having the required number of players present at the scheduled match time.
6. Inappropriate Communication: Using offensive language or inappropriate content in chat or voice communication.

Process of Disqualification:

1. Reporting: Any team can report suspected violations to the tournament organizers.
2. Investigation: The organizers will investigate the claims, which may include reviewing match recordings or logs.
3. Decision: Organizers will make a final decision regarding disqualification based on the evidence collected.

Dispute & Appeals:

1. Any disputes must be reported to the tournament organizers immediately.
2. Decisions made by the organizers are final.

3. Maximum number of participants: 16 Teams (32 Players).
4. Registration is open to players 16+.
5. Players must check-in 30 minutes before the tournament starts in Rush Arena, and failure to do so will result in disqualification.
6. Once the brackets are formed, they will not be changed for any reason.
7. To participate in the tournament, each player must first complete the online registration form.
8. If there is any kind of unfair conduct, players must send the record and, after the game is over, alert an Organizer in command of their game.
9. If any player uses cheating software or tries to use any glitch in the game. The player will be disqualified immediately.
10. Registration is open to players in Kuwait.

12. Comments, profanity, religious, political or sexual insults such as these will result in your disqualification from the tournament.
13. Players are responsible for bringing their own accessories (Keyboard, Mouse, Headset) to participate in the tournament.
14. The player can register during the open registration. Once registration for a course begins, the list is saved and may not be changed. Only the players listed in the player can participate with them.
15. The matches selected for live broadcasting will be carried out during the qualifying stages, and the semi-final and final stages will be fully broadcast live.
16. Tournament rules can only be modified or changed by the Tournament Organizer and/or Event Administrators if this is necessary in the interest of the Tournament.
